Motiv Primal Impulse

Motiv · Discontinued

The Motiv Primal Impulse is a symmetrical pearl bowling ball from Motiv. It has the Atomix SFP coverstock and the Impulse weight block, finished at 5500 Grit Laser Scan Polished out of the box. At 15 lb its RG is 2.6, with a differential of 0.05. It's been discontinued.

Among the 194 balls here with a 15 lb version, its RG is high, so it gets down the lane before it revs up, and its differential is medium. Motiv rates it 60 for length, 77 for backend and 48 for hook, out of 100: it starts to hook mid-lane, turns sharply at the breakpoint and hooks moderately overall, with at least 5 inches of flare potential.
