Motiv · Discontinued
The Motiv Top Thrill Solid is a symmetrical solid bowling ball from Motiv, released in August 2023. It has the Turmoil XP2 Solid coverstock and the Halogen V2 weight block, finished at 4000 Grit LSS out of the box. At 15 lb its RG is 2.59, with a differential of 0.023. It's been discontinued.
Among the 194 balls here with a 15 lb version, its RG is high, so it gets down the lane before it revs up, and its differential is low, for less flare and a steadier motion. Motiv rates it 65 for length, 72 for backend and 43 for hook, out of 100: it starts to hook mid-lane, turns sharply at the breakpoint and hooks moderately overall, with at least 2 inches of flare potential.
